Your Cloud books, with their history and files, stay readable and downloadable for 90 days after Cloud ends. We email you before that period ends, then those Cloud books are deleted. Each device keeps its own copy of your writing. Deleting the Cloud books does not affect writing on a device. Renew while your Cloud books are still there and they are kept. After deletion, renew and deliberately sync again to put writing from a device back in Cloud. Every book exports whole for as long as it is kept. Storage is counted in binary units: 1 GB is about 1 GB, and 10 GB about 10 GB.
The trial is 30 writing days: days you write on, not days on the calendar. They belong to your account, not a device, so a day counts once wherever you write. When they are spent, sync pauses, reader links and your connected AI pause, and every book stays on your devices. Writing with no account stays free.

Whenever you like. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a period by default; if something went genuinely wrong, email us and we will sort it out.
No feature for writing or planning is held back, and the ebook and paperback files are free too. What free Onwarder does not have is your account: one library on every device, private reader links, book pages and connecting your own AI need Cloud or its trial.
Not to us. Cloud does not include model usage, and we do not sell AI credits. A connected tool runs on your own Claude, ChatGPT or other plan.
